Meet the team implementing the project!
E-business Academy is a private educational and consulting organisation specializing in adult education in the field of entrepreneurship, e-business and e-marketing, as well as life and business coaching, mentoring, career guidance, motivational and inspirational trainings. In our work we use innovative psychological and coaching instruments like mindfulness, meditations, visualisations, NeuroGraphica®, art techniques etc. We also place a special focus on the emotional intelligence and working with metaphors, developing the imagination.
Our goal is to empower small business owners, self-employed people and individuals with specific skills and hobbies to grow both on personal and professional levels, to go online, to present themselves, build their personal brand and use all the advantages of the digital technologies in the best possible way. In order to achieve our goal we organize events, trainings and workshops where we present the existing opportunities and motivate our trainees to go further and get the knowledge they need. We equip our trainees with the knowledge needed and support them on their way in building new businesses, career change, etc.
Our experts employ a widely recognized skills and competencies in vocational and adult training, project management and realization. They have years of experience in the field of ICT, digital learning, online marketing, organization of trainings, coaching and mentoring.
In 2013, our team created the initiative “The small e-business – successful and effective” which focuses on improving the internet presence and the use of digital tools for small companies, self-employed people and individuals. 9 years later, thanks to the voluntary work of our colleagues from different companies and educational institutions, the initiative is still alive and empowers more and more people to get familiar with state-of-the-art digital tools.
Marca – Associação de Desenvolvimento Local
Marca – Local Development Association, abbreviated as MARCA-ADL, was established in 1997 on the municipality of Montemor-o-Novo, district of Évora, Portugal, where it has its registered office. It is a non-profit association, with a legal status equivalent to the Non-Governmental Organization for the Environment (ONGA), it is recognized as a public utility entity and equate to a Youth association.
The association’s aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the territories where it develops its activities, mainly Montemor-o-Novo municipality. Therefore, it implements projects and activities in the social, cultural, environmental preservation and enhancement of the natural and built heritage”.
One of the main features of Marca-ADL activities and projects is the development of environmental topics linked to the social dimension, and active citizenship. Thus, a significant part of its activity develops under the frame of environmental education and volunteering.
Marca-ADL also manages a Plant Nursery dedicated to produce Portugal native species.

IDEC is a training consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. The services offered span from training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation, and development of ICT solutions for the private and public sectors.
IDEC is an accredited lifelong learning center and organises in-service training courses for teachers and trainers, study visits, and informal learning activities for students in initial education and training and provides training courses and work placements for students in vocational training and people in the labor market.
IDEC has a long-standing experience in European projects, where it has been involved for around 30 years. We have worked under different programs and on different policies, especially in the area of Education and Quality: EQF, ECVET, Europass, EQAVET, validation of non-formal and informal learning, and in national reforms of education and training systems.

CCS Digital Education
CCS Digital Education (CCSDE) is a software development company actively researching on innovative uses of state of play technology in digital publishing, education, training and knowledge dissemination. Offering a turn-key solution, from conceptualization and instructional design to testing and deployment, CCS has developed applications used in thousands of classrooms all over the world! CCS is a mainly commercial company with international presence and an impressive list of customers, especially in the publishing and corporate training sectors.

The Emphasys Centre, was established in 1998, and operates as an Education, ICT Training Centre, Research and Software Development Centre approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth. It is organized in 4 inter-related departments:
- The Education Department which offers validated and accredited IT courses, as well as Career Counseling Services.
- The ICT Training Department which includes two highly equipped units: (a) the STEAM Unit which offers courses to young people combining Robotics, 3D Design and Printing, as well as Coding through Video Game guided with ‘Lego Education Trainer’ instructors, and (b) EU Training Unit which provides wide selection of Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility Courses for EU professionals and citizens.
- The Research Department that works with several organizations on EU projects under a number of funds (e.g. Erasmus, AMIF, AAL, Justice)
- The Software Development Department which is involved in the design, development, pilot-testing and evaluation of various e-learning tools, games, mobile apps, platforms, websites, applications and assessment portals etc.
Emphasys is an active member of the European Digital Learning Network (DLEARN).

Learning for Change Foundation
“Learning for Change” Foundation is established in 2016 by experts in the field of education, training and project activities. The main motivation of the team of the organization is to provide learning and transformational opportunities for youth. The experts and professionals behind the organization works actively together in the field of Youth work designing and offering activates in different areas: personal development, motivation, youth projects and volunteering, interactive teaching and environmental education, adventure programs based on the methods of experiential learning and outdoor education, sustainability, responsible consumption, spiritual intelligence, training design, anti-globalization, social change and Environmental rights.
Our share values are: solidarity, social justice, the right for education and training, mutual cooperation, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, public and personal responsibility, peace and sustainable development.
MISSION: To support young people in the search of their true life purpose by raising personal awareness, connection to nature, and building sustainable core values.
VISION: To live in a value-driven society that provides opportunities for natural growth and personal development through one’s unique talents as an integral part of the global eco-system.
Two main areas of work of Learning for Change are:
1. Ecocentric (soul-oriented) personal development – developmental psychological concept facilitating holistic personal growth;
2. Nature-based experiential learning – reconnection with Nature (inner and outer) using outdoor education and learning by doing in wilderness settings;
